QICK System
The open-source Quantum Instrument Control Kit (QICK) integrates firmware, software, and hardware to deliver a high-performance qubit control system for AMD’s RFSoC platforms. QICK provides researchers with a powerful, cost-effective, and user-friendly toolkit for quantum experimentation, so they can focus on their research rather than managing infrastructure complexity.
Real Digital’s RFSoC 4x2 board supports a basic QICK installation, making it ideal for smaller-scale or entry-level quantum control setups. For more advanced and demanding applications, a modular and higher-performance system can be built using AMD’s ZCU216 board in combination with the QICK plug-in boards described below. A modular system begins with the ZCU216 and the RF216 Main Board, which supports up to four 2-channel input daughterboards and up to four 4-channel output daughterboards. These daughterboards allow users to configure the system to meet specific performance, signal conditioning, and connectivity requirements.

Ordering: The QICK system shown here requires a AMD ZCU216 board that can be purchased separately from AMD (see https://www.amd.com/en/products/adaptive-socs-and-fpgas/evaluation-boards/zcu216.html#). All other components can be purchased here. To purchase using a credit card, click the "Purchase" button below. To receive a quote and purchase using a Purchase Order, please email a list of the desired system components and your shipping address to contact@realdigital.org. After we receive your PO referencing the quote, we will send your order, and send you a net-30 invoice that can be paid by check, credit card, or wire transfer.
